The company is seeking an experienced legal professional to provide guidance on corporate and employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Draft and review agreements, including employment contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing arrangements.
  • Regulatory Compliance Management: Provide expert advice to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Manage litigation and disputes, and represent the organization in court when necessary.
  • Intellectual Property Governance: Manage trademarks, patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property matters.
  • Document Management: Review agreements, manage documents, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Employment Law Advisory Services: Advise on employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues.
  • Senior Leadership Support: Provide legal counsel to senior management on a range of legal issues affecting the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate setting, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Extensive experience in employment and labor law.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
