We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented procurement professional to support a leading construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors and suppliers for construction materials.
  • Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams in the US to meet project-specific requirements.
  • Ensure all procurement processes comply with industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, vendor details, and purchase histories.
  • Identify and resolve procurement issues by liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular supplier evaluations and recommend improvements in procurement processes.
  • Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis for management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in procurement (construction industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform during US business hours.
