Position Overview:

We are actively seeking an experienced Construction Bidding & Procurement Manager to manage and lead our bidding and procurement operations remotely from our Lahore, Pakistan office. This role is essential for coordinating and securing contracts specifically focused on U.S.-based government construction projects, notably with prominent New York agencies such as NYCHA, PASSPort, NYSCR, SAM, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate bidding opportunities for U.S.-based government construction projects.
  • Lead the full bidding process, including reviewing and analyzing blueprints, project plans, and specifications to accurately estimate project costs.
  • Prepare comprehensive, precise, and competitive bid submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory and documentation requirements of NYCHA, PASSPort, NYSCR, SAM, and other relevant U.S. government agencies.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with U.S.-based stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Develop procurement strategies to enhance competitive advantage and project profitability.
  • Monitor project procurement stages, tracking bids submitted and evaluating outcomes to improve future bids.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related construction discipline.
  • Proven and verifiable experience with U.S.-based government construction contracting, specifically with agencies including NYCHA, PASSPort, NYSCR, SAM, etc.
  • Demonstrated track record of submitting and successfully winning construction bids in the U.S. market.
  • Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and estimate from blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Advanced organizational, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficient in relevant software for cost estimating and project bidding.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in construction bidding and procurement for U.S. government contracts.
  • Prior direct involvement with NY-based government projects is essential.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary plus will be payed for commision on bids won.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85, Rs125,000.00 per month
