
Regional Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and revenue growth of the business, ensuring effective channel expansion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth from 3G and 4G sales, including handset sales through new smartphone shops and enhancing the quality of existing retailers/smartphone shops.
- Gross Adds: Ensure high-quality gross adds, including 3G/4G gross adds, by identifying and addressing potential areas of improvement.
- Channel Expansion: Identify high-potential areas within the grid and ensure timely purchase orders are placed by franchises to maintain stock availability.
- Complaint Management: Handle end-to-end complaint management, CSI monitoring, quality assurance, and customer experience management at the franchise level.
- Trade Marketing: Coordinate trade marketing activities, including brand visibility, BTL activities, trade promotions, market splash, company product visibility, channel awareness, business development, and special events in the territory.
- Sales Planning: Identify untapped areas in the assigned territory and guide teams to increase retail penetration.
- BDO Support: Guide BDOs in planning sales routes and preparing sales forecasts for Sims, scratch cards, Mini load, and Recharge on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Territory Management: Make periodic visits to the market to ensure stock availability throughout the territory and address any issues that may arise.
- POS Material: Ensure the availability of POS material at outlets and oversee merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive store environment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to develop and implement BTL activities, trade promotions, business development, and special events in the grid.
- Network Optimization: Close collaboration with the technology team to optimize network resources such as OPEX, site availability, LTE high utilization, and 3G/4G accessibility.
