Job Description:

EES is seeking an experienced Enterprise Network/Infrastructure Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage technical expertise to lead digital transformation projects and ensure network/infrastructure best practices are implemented.
  2. Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for large complex projects, aligning with business requirements and organizational goals.
  3. Employ agile or scrum methodologies to manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
  4. Apply TOGAF architectural principles to design secure network infrastructures that adhere to industry-standard security guidelines.
  5. Translate business needs into technical requirements, fostering a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
  6. Create high-level designs and bills of materials, driving project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  7. Design low-level solutions for network and infrastructure projects, considering scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  8. Lead a team of senior engineers in implementing complex network and infrastructure solutions, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  9. Monitor and mitigate project risks, maintaining a proactive approach to minimize potential impacts.
  10. Collaborate with other technology domain architects to drive innovation and optimize organizational capabilities.

Desired Technical Skills:

  1. Expertise in designing and implementing complex Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and Software Defined Networks (SDNs).
  2. Experience with software-defined WAN networks (SD-WAN) and virtual overlay network infrastructures.
  3. Ability to perform network migrations from legacy networks to greenfield networks while minimizing downtime.
  4. Familiarity with network security solutions, including firewalls and load balancers.

Desired Infrastructure Skills:

  1. Experience designing and implementing storage area networks (SANs), virtual infrastructures, and public cloud infrastructures.
  2. Familiarity with containerized infrastructures, automation tools, and converged/hyperconverged platforms.
  3. Ability to automate the deployment and maintenance of network and infrastructure solutions.
