Job Description:
EES is seeking an experienced Enterprise Network/Infrastructure Architect.

Desired Architectural Experience (Minimum 5 years):

  1. Expertise in leading digital transformation projects as the network/infrastructure subject matter expert.
  2. Experience developing technology roadmaps for large complex projects.
  3. Experience managing projects using an agile or scrum methodology.
  4. Experience with TOGAF architectural principles.
  5. Experience designing secure network infrastructures following NIST, NERC-CIP or similar security guidelines.
  6. Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
  7. Experience creating High-level designs and bills of materials.
  8. Experience creating low-level designs for network and infrastructure projects.
  9. Experience leading a team of senior engineers in the implementation of complex network and infrastructure solutions.
  10. Experience managing project risks.
  11. Experience working with other technology domain architects.
  12. Experience participating in technology review boards and performing technical project governance.

Desired Network Skills/Experience (Minimum 5 years):

  1. Experience designing and implementing complex Local Area Networks (Cisco, Juniper, Arista).
  2. Experience designing and implementing complex Wide Area Networks (Cisco, Juniper, Arista).
  3. Experience designing and implementing Software Defined Networks (SDN) (Cisco ACI, VMWare NSX-T).
  4. Experience designing and implementing Software-Defined WAN Networks (SD-WAN) (Cisco SD-WAN, VMWare VeloCloud).
  5. Experience designing and implementing virtual overlay network infrastructures (VMWare NSX-T).
  6. Experience performing network migrations from legacy networks to greenfield networks while minimizing downtime.
  7. Experience designing and implementing Network Security solutions (Network Firewalls: Cisco, Juniper; Network/Application Load balancers: F5 LTM/GTM, Citrix NetScaler, A10).

Desired Infrastructure Skills/Experience (Minimum 5 years):

  1. Experience designing and implementing Storage Area networks (NetApp, Pure, EMC).
  2. Experience designing and implementing Virtual infrastructures (VMWare, Hyper-V, Openstack).
  3. Experience designing and implementing Public Cloud infrastructures (Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, AWS).
  4. Experience designing and implementing Hybrid Cloud Infrastructures (On-premises to Cloud Network Connectivity).
  5. Experience designing and implementing containerized infrastructures (Kubernetes, Docker containers).
  6. Experience automating the deployment and maintenance of network and infrastructure solutions (Ansible, Terraform, Chef/Puppet, Python).
  7. Experience performing infrastructure migration from legacy storage or compute infrastructure to greenfield storage and compute infrastructures while minimizing downtime.
  8. Experience with converged and hyperconverged platforms (Nutanix, VXRail, Cisco HCI, Cisco UCS).
