Business Development Manager (Assistant Manager/Manager)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through multiple channels and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field from a well-established institution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development roles for Asst. Manager position.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development roles for Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage industry, involving lead generation and market research.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy and sales plan to meet company objectives.
  3. Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, builders, financial institutions, and other referral sources.
  4. Collaborate with the Credit underwriting and processing teams to ensure efficient loan origination processes.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to offer expert advice to the company.
  6. Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Demonstrate high motivation, target-driven behavior, and a proven track record in sales.
  8. Display advanced knowledge of sales techniques prevalent in the financial industry.
  9. Show effective prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  10. Exhibit strong relationship management skills.
  11. Show eagerness to expand business with new accounts/clients.
