Marketing Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Strategist to play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing efforts.

  • Create and implement integrated marketing strategies to acquire new customers and foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Project manage campaigns to drive pipeline growth, leveraging key marketing channels and consistent content/messaging.
  • Develop campaign strategy briefs that tie into detailed tactical plans for building awareness, consideration, and purchasing decisions.
  • Provide regular reporting, campaign insights, and goal pacing to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of sales enablement programs to achieve revenue goals for each target market.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B campaigns, preferably in services.
  • Experience in coordinating events and trade show marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a demonstrable impact on revenue.
  • Understanding of the sales pipeline and sales processes.
  • A self-starter with excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and measuring programs, including analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with Hubspot and Google Analytics required.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field (Communication, Digital Marketing).
