Key Responsibilities- Accounts Administration
- The ideal candidate will possess strong bookkeeping basics, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers and ensuring accurate financial records.
- They will be responsible for processing and tracking invoices, filing and managing documents both digitally and physically while adhering to company finance policies.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and assisting in audits is a crucial responsibility.
- Accounts Payments Handling
- The selected candidate will process payments in a timely manner and manage vendor/supplier relationships to ensure seamless payment processing.
- Tracking due payments, outstanding balances and aged receivables/payables is an essential aspect of this role.
- Handling petty cash and expense claims requires attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strategic Client Account Management
- Assisting in managing strategic client accounts involves preparing reports, order updates and service delivery summaries to enhance customer experience.
