Job Title: Senior Operations Leader

The position of Senior Operations Leader is a key role in driving business growth and success. As the leader of operations, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of natural gas measuring equipment installed at industrial gas meter stations and town border stations.

  • Manage the effective operation and maintenance of data acquisition systems for customer meter stations within the designated franchise area.
  • Ensure proper functionality of remote monitoring equipment installed across customer meter stations/town border stations in the franchise area.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize manpower planning and scheduling processes, ensuring timely completion of remote monitoring equipment maintenance activities.

Key Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
