Sales Performance Optimization Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven professional to optimize sales performance through effective inbound lead generation strategies. As a key contributor to our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing inbound sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identifying areas for improvement in lead generation processes and implementing changes.
- Managing the inflow of leads, qualifying prospects during calls, and delivering successful demos.
- Analyzing prospect needs to inform tech roadmaps and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Executing various marketing campaigns using email and other tools to resonate with our audience.
- Converting leads into active customers through follow-up communications.
- Utilizing CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and measure sales performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- More than 5 years of industry experience with a track record of successful inbound sales for one or more technology companies.
- Expertise in various inbound outreach and lead generation techniques.
- A high ratio of converting prospects to qualifying leads during calls.
- Experience with email automation workflow optimization, proposal composition, and sending.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and managing teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
