The Lead Generation position is responsible for selling services through LinkedIn, email, calls, etc. This role involves reaching businesses through multiple channels, creating sales leads, initiating prospects, answering prospective clients, and following up on leads. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads.
  • Email prospects to qualify the lead and identify decision-makers to begin the sales process.
  • Educate and inform prospects about all of Ideate Pvt Ltd's service and product offerings.
  • Once a meeting is fixed, refer prospects to the Business Manager.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and develop a calendar of activities to continually work the prospect list.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
