Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with automation systems, analyzing processes, and creating innovative solutions.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and develop effective solutions that optimize processes. You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing existing automation systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation to ensure workflows are clear and up-to-date.

This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt. If you have experience integrating multiple systems, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms, and working with API integrations and webhooks, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to understand automation needs and create solutions to optimize processes.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize existing automation systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, providing solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain and update automation documentation to ensure workflows are clear and up-to-date.
  • Work with teams to integrate automation into CRM systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems and ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with different teams.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with other automation tools and platforms.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting for automation metrics.
