We are looking for a skilled Technical Business Process Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze software problems, configuration issues, and assist with implementing core software platforms.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on application usage and workflow.
  • Identify and address technical and system configuration issues.
  • Develop suggestions for feature and product enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for functional and technical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and system access levels.
  • Develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure system design meets user needs; track and document changes for functional and business specifications; create detailed procedures for end-users and training purposes.
  • Participate in test case definition, user acceptance testing, and testing of new system functionality. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with relevant experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Able to rapidly learn software platforms and dependencies using multiple methods.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • A desire to advance professionally within a growing organization.
