Project Leader

As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, review, and analysis of project activities in Mirpur Khas Taluka.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of project documents, including construction drawings & specifications, as well as business processes and DIPs for planning & implementation of Livelihood, WASH CPIs, and Solarization activities.
  • Build synergies with Local Government Department and Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) at the district level to support programme implementation.
  • Lead and supervise a field team to ensure the quality of work in flood-affected districts.
  • Orientate and facilitate project staff about project activities.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly updates, and organize project implementation meetings.
  • Evaluate the smooth functioning of the project and prepare internal and external reports according to contractual agreements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
  2. Development of strategic plans and goals for successful project completion.
  3. Team supervision and mentorship to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  4. Strategic partnerships and collaborations with local government departments and public health institutions.
  5. Quality control and assurance measures for project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to write and speak using the local language and English language.
  • Independent working skills with minimal supervision and flexibility in response to changing priorities and deadlines.
