Country Leader - Industrial Automation

This position involves demonstrating business and sales leadership, driving a team of industrial automation business unit.

  • Develop and Grow Channel Partner business for Automation, Drives and SCADA systems.
  • Forecast correctly and manage top and bottom lines assigned to Business Unit.
  • Closely monitor the opportunity portfolio and develop a strong pipeline.
  • Create programs and initiatives to lead country channel partners to enter key markets.

This role requires technical expertise, with a Bachelor of Science in a technical field (i.e.: Electrical Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering).

A very good command of English language skills is necessary, both verbal and written. Minimum 5 years of industrial automation experience are required.

Schneider Electric Automation prior product knowledge is a plus. Field experience is desirable, and process control experience is also beneficial.

This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze issues and resolve conflicts, multitask, prioritize, and effectively meet deadlines.
