Lead Generation Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation through effective outbound prospecting strategies and owning the full sales pipeline from initial outreach to conversion of leads into qualified opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with tech companies, reputable software houses, IT consultancies, or AI startups, and understanding their sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage senior technology decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product Managers.
  • Nurture and guide leads through the sales funnel using effective communication to move them toward sales readiness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools to ensure seamless pipeline management and reporting.
  • Educate internal teams on effective sales practices providing insights to improve overall sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales (SDR, BDR, or Business Development roles).
  • Demonstrated success in selling to senior-level decision-makers in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
