Description:

We seek an experienced On-Page SEO Expert who can effectively strategize and implement SEO best practices to improve our website's search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest SEO trends and updates, including knowledge of recent Google algorithms such as the Google Helpful Content Update and Google's NLP advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. On-Page SEO Optimization:
    1. Conduct comprehensive website page audits to identify areas for improvement.
    2. Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, images, and other key elements for SEO performance.
    3. Ensure proper keyword placement, content formatting, and internal linking strategies.
    4. Improve website speed, structure, and mobile-friendliness to meet Google's Core Web Vitals.
  2. Google Algorithm Expertise:
    1. Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes (e.g., Google Helpful Content Update, Core Updates).
    2. Implement strategies that comply with current and emerging Google algorithm requirements.
    3. Analyze and adapt SEO strategies to align with Google's NLP capabilities and RankBrain signals.
  3. Content Optimization:
    1. Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.
    2. Optimize content to be helpful, informative, and in compliance with Google's focus on high-quality, user-centric content.
    3. Use schema markup to enhance content visibility and relevance in search engines.
  4. Technical SEO Support:
    1. Collaborate with web developers to resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., crawling, indexing, canonical tags).
    2. Ensure site architecture supports optimal search engine rankings and user experience.
    3. Regularly check and fix broken links, redirects, and website errors.
  5. Analytics & Reporting:
    1. Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant tools.
    2. Prepare detailed SEO performance reports, analyzing organic traffic trends, rankings, and overall website health.
    3. Identify opportunities for improvement based on data insights.
