\Melamine Emporium is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead its Medical Range products in the corporate sector.
\The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, excellent communication skills, and at least 2 years of experience in Sales within the Medical Devices and Disposables industry.
\Key Responsibilities:\- \
- Identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.\
- Establish contact with key decision-makers within organizations.\
- Generate leads and initiate cold calls to prospective customers.\
- Engage with customers through face-to-face meetings or phone calls.\

- Think strategically, setting goals and objectives to drive business development.\
- Implement operational changes to achieve strategic objectives.\
- Negotiate client contracts, ensuring alignment with business requirements.\
- Develop expertise in Melamine Emporium's products and services, providing informed guidance to stakeholders.\
- Foster a culture of change within the organization, ensuring staff understand their role in driving business improvement.\
- Provide training and support to team members, identifying areas for external training where necessary.\
- Collaborate with the marketing department to discuss promotional strategies and activities.\
- Liaise with finance, warehousing, and logistics teams to optimize business operations.\
- Continuously seek ways to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.\
- Pursue professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.\
- Travel as required, demonstrating products and meeting new clients to drive business growth.\
