Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist

Description:

This role focuses on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

The ideal candidate will design, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns exclusively on Meta platforms.

Key responsibilities include developing strategies to drive conversions, engagement, and brand visibility aligned with company goals.

Campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS will be monitored and analyzed.

Ad performance will be optimized through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative adjustments.

A strong portfolio of results in managing Meta Ads campaigns is required.

Experience with e-commerce or performance-based campaigns is preferred.

The candidate should have proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and tools.

Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization is also essential.

A minimum of 16 years of formal education, including a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field, is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
