**Job Title:** Academic Administrator
This position is responsible for overseeing the School's academic operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to students. The Head Teacher plays a pivotal role in driving improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting teacher and staff development.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive school development plan, aligning with organizational goals and regional priorities.
- Drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and talent development to achieve school objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the school community.
- Mentor and guide teachers and staff on best practices in pedagogy, quality assurance, and other essential areas.
- Ensure robust monitoring and evaluation systems are in place to track student progress and inform data-driven decisions.
- Foster collaborative relationships with regional teams to leverage expertise and resources.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to drive school success.
- Conduct regular appraisals and provide constructive feedback to teachers and staff to inform their professional development plans.
- Guarantee responsible financial stewardship, optimized resource utilization, and teaching-learning process optimization.
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education (B.ED/M.ED)
- Outstanding leadership, management, and strategic planning abilities
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and promote a culture of excellence
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
