About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Strategist to lead our software development efforts. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural blueprints and technical documentation to ensure alignment with business objectives and technology strategy
  • Lead development efforts for key projects, guiding external teams and ensuring high-quality code standards
  • Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in architecture and code, preferably within E-commerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, React, REST APIs, and SQL/MySQL databases
  • Actively involved in coding and development within the last 2 years
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven ability to manage and lead external development teams and provide mentorship
  • Strong expertise in conducting code reviews and maintaining high coding standards
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
