Business Development Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Expert to spearhead our sales efforts, build lasting client relationships, and identify new growth opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to join our team as we continue to innovate and expand our business.

About the Role:
This role is responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. As a Business Development Expert, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and technical teams to align our business strategies with customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and approach potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to develop new business strategies.
  • Software Solutions Knowledge: Understand our software products (CRM, HRMS, ERP, etc.) and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to finalize deals.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align business strategies with customer needs.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (experience in software solutions is a plus).
  • Basic Software Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRMS, or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic software applications.
  • Self-Motivated: Goal-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B sales or software sales.
  • Understanding of software development processes and SaaS business models.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
