Job Title: Mobile Application Development Project ManagerDescription:

Silk Road Network Technology seeks an exceptional professional to drive its mobile application development projects forward. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and software development, with expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Perform project scoping, feasibility studies, requirement gathering, planning, system analysis & design, costing, control, monitoring, reporting, quality & people management.
  2. Software Quality Assurance: Ensure software quality in terms of functionalities, reliability, performance, security, and ease of maintenance.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor the technical team to perform software development, implementation, and support.
  4. Digital Experience: Work with a team of developers to improve our product's digital experience and be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our product.
  5. Mobile App Development: Designing, programming, debugging, and testing Android/iOS apps.
  6. Web Services: Experience on Web Services (REST/SOAP/Restful JSON).
  7. New Feature Implementation: Implement new product features according to specification and requirement.
  8. Coding Standards: Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using software development practices.
  9. Code Reviews: Periodically perform code reviews.
  10. Bug Fixing: Diagnose issues and perform bug fixes.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent is required.
  2. At least 5 years working experience on Mobile Application Development and 3 years hands-on IT project management experience are necessary.

Specifications:

  1. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills are essential.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  3. Outstanding leadership and organizational skills are required.
  4. Experience with React Native and GoLang is desirable.
