Job Title

VentureDive is seeking a full-stack software engineer with strong experience in React and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new features and maintain existing ones using a full-stack approach.
  • Contribute to the component library system and ensure responsive design principles are followed.
  • Work with Node.js to build and secure APIs and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Address technical debt and fix bugs to maintain system stability.
  • Use version control and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, flagging issues and providing updates on progress.
Core Tech Stack
  • Frontend: React, Tailwind.
  • Backend: Node.js and MongoDB. Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Hosted on Google Cloud Platform with a Kubernetes-based setup.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full-stack experience with React and Node.js.
  • Proficiency with component libraries, CSS, and HTML.
  • Familiarity with team collaboration tools such as Jira and Slack.
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for AI is highly valued, particularly with Large Language Models.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
