• Designing and executing employee engagement initiatives such as team events, appreciation programs, celebrations, etc.

• Supporting internal communications and building a vibrant culture through various platforms
• Planning wellness and recognition campaigns
• Assisting in onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming start for new hires
• Gathering feedback through surveys and one-on-one check-ins to understand employee sentiment
• Partnering with HR and leadership on people-related initiatives and culture-building strategies
• Promoting inclusion, collaboration, and company values throughout the organization

• 1+ years of experience in HR, people engagement, internal communications, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and experience organizing internal events or activities
• Proactive, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
