Bakery Assistant Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate bakery assistant to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate will assist the head baker in preparing and baking various goods, such as breads, pastries, and desserts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the head baker in preparing and baking goods according to established recipes and guidelines
  2. Measure and mix ingredients, knead dough, and shape dough into desired forms
  3. Monitor ovens and adjust baking times as needed
  4. Decorate or glaze pastries and desserts
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  6. Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a baker assistant is preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality products
  • Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot environment
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the head baker and other team members
