We are seeking an experienced Balochi linguist to join our team as a professional interpreter and translator. This role is perfect for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, fluency in both English and Balochi languages, and the ability to convey complex information accurately.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting between clients and service providers in various settings such as healthcare, legal, education, and immigration. This involves listening attentively to conversations, understanding nuances of language, and reproducing speech with precision and accuracy.

Duties will include:

  • Telephone and video interpretation services
  • Consecutive and public service interpreting
  • Liaising between service users and providers

In addition to these responsibilities, the interpreter must also ensure that non-English speakers understand key information after each sentence.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Fluency in English and Balochi languages
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Language, Literature, ELT, or TESOL
  • Any other relevant interpreting qualifications
  • IELTS certificate with an overall band score of 6.5 and minimum 6.0 in each subtest
