Job Opportunity: Balochi Interpreter and Translator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Listen attentively to the original language, comprehend its meaning, and reproduce it with 100% accuracy.
  • Provide interpretation services in various settings, including healthcare, legal, educational, immigration, and refugee services.
  • Ensure effective communication by verifying understanding after each sentence for non-English speakers.
  • Engage in conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Facilitate communication between service users and providers.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English or another language is essential.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English Language, Literature, English Language Teaching (ELT), or TESOL is required.
  • Any additional interpreting-related qualifications are advantageous.
  • An IELTS certificate with an overall band score of 6.5, including 6.0 in individual subtests, is necessary.
  • Agreement to sign a surety bond and Non-Disclosure Agreement is mandatory.
