Strategy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned strategist to join our team. As a Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic campaigns that deliver measurable results for our clients.

  • Client Partnership:
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, presenting compelling ideas and solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Regularly update clients on campaign performance and adapt strategies based on feedback and results.
  • Data & Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and translate data into meaningful insights for optimization.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and refine strategies.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership:
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and innovative approaches to drive creative excellence.
  • Provide thought leadership within the organization by contributing to workshops, brainstorming sessions, and strategy presentations.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic planning or account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
  3. Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in research tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to link business objectives to marketing strategies.
