Job Overview

You will lead the effort to build systems enabling AI R&D teams to deliver secure, highly scalable, distributed services as a key member of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the direction for our team.
  • Prioritize initiatives and drive results.
  • Provide foundational software components and infrastructure for teams to build features at scale.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our team. Create deployment pipelines; take code from git to production.
  • Build infrastructure for fast, robust automated testing and validation.
  • Improve the performance and reliability of existing systems.
  • Coach junior engineers.
Requirements
  • Develop ML Ops infrastructure such as training pipelines.
  • Build services delivering inference in a scalable manner.
  • Establish monitoring best practices and implement systems enforcing them.
  • Practice and advocate for engineering best practices throughout our organization.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of software development experience.
  • Experience improving ML infrastructure with multiple stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Experience in Python or similar language.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and technologies.
  • Experience with Kubeflow pipeline development and management.
  • Nice to have exposure with infrastructure as code and configuration management like Terraform or CloudFormation.
