We are seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to assist with various administrative tasks.
About the RoleThis position involves accurately entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of integrity and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, experience working with Google Sheets, and strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sensitive information while providing administrative support to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to develop their skills in data management and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Acknowledge and accurately input data into our systems, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.
- Maintain a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Demonstrate experience working with Google Sheets or similar platforms.
- Ensure proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Be available to work during Pacific Time (PST) hours.
