Software Engineering Leadership Position

We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to drive growth and innovation through our product activation strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to large-scale product features, owning smaller data-driven experiments, and working with engineering partners.
  • Develop across our full stack, utilizing modern technologies such as Typescript, React, GraphQL, and Go.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product, UX design, and technical teams, to drive operational excellence and architecture for large systems.
  • Ideate, design, and implement Growth experiments across the product surface area, leveraging data insights to inform decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth tech environments building customer-facing products and features.
  • Strong candidates will have 2+ years of experience working in Growth-oriented teams, designing and implementing data-driven growth experiments.
  • Deep experience in modern full-stack development technologies like Javascript/Typescript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Go, and Python.
  • Able to make effective trade-offs between engineering and product requirements, demonstrating design, UX, and product sensibilities.
