Key Responsibilities:

The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth across modern trade, wholesale, and foodservice channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing annual business plans to achieve volume, share, spending, and profit objectives.
  • Creating strategic plans and contingencies to guide long-term business development.
  • Designing and implementing consumer and trade promotion programs to meet established goals.
  • Managing program execution through internal and external groups to ensure sound financial management.
  • Analyzing market research to inform plans and recommend strategic/tactical changes as needed.
  • Collaborating with advertising agencies and consultants to achieve copy, media, and strategic needs.
  • Maintaining relationships with distributors and the trade to ensure smooth program execution and adapt to changing market needs.
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth, cost savings, and new product improvements, and managing their implementation.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales, with over 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Frequent business travel is required.
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken, written, and hearing).
  • Good computer knowledge.
