Job Overview

The role of the Administrative Manager is to ensure the implementation of corporate standards across the business, providing administrative support and guidance to all departments, and supervising various administrative functions.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce corporate standards in administration and logistics.
  • Provide optimum administrative support and guidance to all departments.
  • Supervise administrative functions including overall administration, office equipment, fleet management, travel management, building repair and maintenance.
  • Review and analyze administrative policies and procedures, suggesting changes where necessary.
  • Develop strategies for efficient use of physical assets and resources.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies for disposal of company assets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant field.
