About the Role

This position requires an Expert Technical Support Specialist who will provide top-notch technical support, executive-level communications, and relationship-building skills to our customers. As the primary point of contact for a small number of Enterprise Accounts, your workday will be focused on resolving complex cases, establishing strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional support experiences.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and resolving intricate technical issues related to design, reliability, and maintenance.
  • Collaborating with engineering, product management, and other key areas to innovate and enhance performance around product requirements, enhancements, process improvements, and industry best practices.
  • Providing valuable feedback to training and documentation to address common or emerging issues.
  • Evaluating the risk associated with product releases and impending dates, and taking proactive measures to mitigate any identified issues.
  • Maintaining specific account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring they are followed and improved.
  • Working closely with other departments and tiers, especially Tier-3.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Customer Support and technical support.
  • Exceptional customer communication skills in various formats.
  • Experience in addressing customer escalations and relaying updates to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Deep knowledge of our Products with a focus on Compliance, Asset, and/or Safety.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills leveraging log parsing, SQL, scripting languages, and code review.
  • Experience with hardware devices, firmware upgrades, change management, and related testing practices.
  • Familiarity with advanced troubleshooting techniques using APIs, Python, Data Dog, SQL, etc.
  • Profound hardware fault analysis skills; identify trends and prevent field failures – Root Cause Analysis.
