Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in Instrumentation and Control to optimize our manufacturing facility's electrical systems. This role involves ensuring efficient operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of VFFS packaging machines and other equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Electrical System Management: Oversee the plant's electrical network, including power distribution, switchgear, and control systems.
  • Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues in VFFS packaging machines, electric motors, generators, and Variable Frequency Drives.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for packaging machines and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Installation & Upgrades: Supervise the installation, commissioning, and modification of FMCG machinery, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Automation & Process Control: Work on PLCs, control panels, and electrical automation systems to improve production efficiency.
  • Air Conditioning & Power Systems: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems within the plant.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical work complies with industry safety standards, technical regulations, and best practices.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of electrical maintenance, repairs, modifications, and equipment performance for reporting and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
    • Strong expertise in electric motors, switchgear, generators, and VFDs.
    • Hands-on experience with VFFS (ISHIDA, Wolf & Wright) packaging machines.
    • Proficiency in PLC programming, automation, and industrial control systems.
    • Knowledge of air conditioning systems and power management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
    • Ability to lead troubleshooting and maintenance activities independently.
