Mid-Senior Backend MERN Developer

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Senior level backend developer to join our team. This role will involve developing and maintaining scalable backend services using the MERN stack, implementing AI/ML algorithms to enhance application functionalities, designing and maintaining RESTful APIs for seamless data integration, collaborating with frontend developers to improve the usability of the application, working closely with data scientists to integrate machine learning models, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting code reviews and facilitating programming best practices, troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues, assisting in deployment and monitoring of applications, participating in requirement gathering and technical documentation, engaging in regular team meetings and contributing to project planning, and staying updated with emerging technologies in AI/ML and backend development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services using the MERN stack.
  • Implement AI/ML algorithms to enhance application functionalities.
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data integration.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to improve the usability of the application.
  • Work closely with data scientists to integrate machine learning models.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience with the MERN stack.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
  • Experienced with MongoDB and database design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at troubleshooting and debugging code.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
  • Experience with DevOps practices is a plus.
