Sales Team Member Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager - Solar Solutions Sales to join our sales team in Lahore. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solar solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and develop compelling proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the solar energy or related technical industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, their components, and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
