
Customer Relationship Manager

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories by building strong relationships with dealers and stockists.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly service targets in assigned territories.
- Provide training and development opportunities to dealer staff and CCT personnel.
- Ensure parts and lubricants availability meet market requirements.
- Evaluate dealer infrastructure and implement CIP initiatives as per industry norms.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through the implementation of various projects.
- Negotiate with OEMs and support dealers in resolving customer complaints.
- Deliver training sessions at SDC sites as scheduled, with support from CCM and Trainer teams.
- Foster positive relationships between dealers and stockists for smooth spare parts business operations.
- Monitor and expedite delivery of VORs from distributors to dealers.
- Plan and execute service promotional activities and initiatives aligned with business plans in assigned territories.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with dealers and OEMs.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
