We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

"1. Achieve monthly and yearly service targets in assigned territories."2. Develop and implement training programs for dealer staff and CCTs to enhance their skills and knowledge."3. Ensure the availability of parts and lubes in the market according to demand."4. Evaluate dealer infrastructure and implement CIPs (Customer Interface Processes) as per norms in assigned territories."5. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction in assigned territories through various projects."6. Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and dealers to resolve customer complaints effectively."7. Conduct training sessions at S.D.C. (Sales and Distribution Center) as scheduled, in collaboration with CCM (Customer Care Manager) and trainers."8. Foster positive relationships between dealers and stockiests to ensure smooth spare parts business operations."9. Track and follow up on the delivery of V.O.R. (Verified Order Receipt) from distributors to dealers."10. Plan and execute service promotional activities and initiatives as per the business plan in assigned territories.">
