Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive quality excellence across our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of spearheading QA department restructuring, championing modern quality practices, and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining quality strategies, ensuring applications meet world-class standards through innovation, automation, and a relentless focus on excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restructure and revamp QA processes to optimize quality

  • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and utilize advanced test management systems
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in QA best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role driving teams and QA strategy
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency in using test management tools like TestRail and project tracking tools like Jira
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms and a willingness to implement innovative testing solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams, with a strong mentorship and people development background
  • Deep understanding of modern QA practices and a quality engineering mindset
