Senior Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to oversee all aspects of the architectural design process from conception to completion.

This is a highly skilled position that requires strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Development: Develop and present design proposals to clients, taking into account their needs and requirements.
  2. Detailed Drawings and Models: Create detailed architectural drawings and models using industry-standard software.
  3. Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with building codes, overseeing construction projects to ensure they adhere to the design plans and specifications.
  4. Site Visits and Problem-Solving: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex design and construction challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to work independently as well as part of a team; attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
