RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role.
  • An understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
