Key Responsibilities
  • Leading technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Developing and implementing innovative software solutions using core Java, JEE web technologies, design patterns, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

Requirements for this role include 3-4 years of software house experience, a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least one year of technical lead experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Technical Skills
  • Core Java and JEE web technologies.
  • Design patterns.
  • JSF framework.
  • JavaScript, CSS, HTML, DHTML, Ajax.
  • Linux and/or Windows platform.
  • Tomcat and JBOSS deployment and configurations.
