We are seeking a highly skilled OSS/BSS Project Lead to oversee the implementation of Provisioning, Mediation, Hosted Billing, and Interconnect Billing systems.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management with a strong background in IT, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of project management methodologies and be able to apply this knowledge to drive business results. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.

In addition to their technical skills and experience, the successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the implementation of OSS/BSS systems, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project timeline or budget.
  • To provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress and any challenges encountered.
