We are seeking an experienced OSS/BSS Project Manager to lead our team in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. With at least 4 years of experience in OSS/BSS project management, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of professionals in executing project tasks, providing guidance, and resolving issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Critical Qualifications:

  • A professional Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of company strategy and targets is necessary for making informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project is required for efficient project planning and tracking.
  • A sound understanding of operations & maintenance of telecommunications equipment is crucial for successful project delivery.

Key Experience Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in OSS/BSS project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery, with a focus on stakeholder management and quality assurance.
