Job Title

To effectively manage and oversee the daily operations in the quality assurance department.

This role involves ensuring the proper implementation of international standards for cGMP's, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000 across various manufacturing, laboratory, processing, packaging, and warehousing processes.

Responsibilities include reviewing and approving all active documents that impact product quality, ensuring products are produced according to approved procedures, records, and documents.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for validating production machines, laboratory instruments, and utilities, as well as managing training programs and approved supplier relationships.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating and following up on QA plans related to internal and external quality audits, customer complaints, change control, and deviation control systems.

Strong communication skills and analytical abilities are essential for this role, along with leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
