Key Roles and Responsibilities

This position acts as a liaison between marketing and design/development teams, ensuring marketing-driven requirements are translated into functional designs and developed frontends. It involves optimizing user journeys across multiple touchpoints to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key tasks include finalizing project requirements, objectives, and timelines, as well as translating marketing needs into actionable tasks for designers and developers.

  • Ensure designs are implemented accurately and function as intended, adhering to brand guidelines and technical standards
  • Conduct QA checks to verify that the final product matches approved designs and meets functional requirements
  • Facilitate communication between marketing, design, and development teams to avoid misalignment or delays

The successful candidate will analyze user journeys across multiple touchpoints, identify pain points, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement, propose and implement solutions to streamline journeys, reduce friction, and enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and user journey mapping
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc. for reviewing and optimizing designs
  • Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
  • Strong project management skills to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of both executions and optimizations
  • Attention to detail to ensure consistency between design, development, and user experience goals
