Laboratory Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lab Technician to support senior staff in lab operations, maintain equipment and ensure accurate documentation of testing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist senior staff with various lab tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining a well-organized environment.
- Maintain lab equipment, ensuring cleanliness, functionality and proper handling.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, upholding a safe working environment.
- Audit and record test results, keeping detailed logs of laboratory activities.
- Monitor and manage lab inventory, ensuring necessary supplies are available.
- Ensure compliance with lab procedures and protocols, maintaining operational efficiency.
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lab environment, preferably in civil engineering.
- Prior experience in a similar laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately follow procedures.
- Knowledge of civil engineering lab equipment and relevant testing protocols.
